You mourn as long as you allow it. work on changing that thinking. No allowing any "positive" thinking about smoking. you can't let a thought become a longing for what was and you can't let yourself romanticize what smoking was to you. loosing this addiction is about like loosing a friend or loved one.....after a spell, you seem to recall only 'nice' things about it...you look back and let it be something that it really wasn't. look it square on....it's dirty, disgusting and deadly. it will become harder to sit and crave that if you work on your mind set Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1769 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 70,772 Amount Saved: $10083.3 Life Gained: Days: 230 Hrs: 18 Mins: 41 Seconds: 25

tsikos, Post often and let us help you rid those craves and kick them to the curb! Take some you time and pamper yourself. You have been on a journey and need to relax and rest. Ease into sleep and get a few good nights sleep and start the day fresh. Treat yourself once a week and have a big reward at those larger milestones. We are always here to help so please post :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
