I signed in today and i was surprised that i have made it this far. 2 whole mths under my belt. it has been fairly easy i must say, have had my days and i can honestly say life is way better now. 2mths ago i could feel with every drag the burning in my lungs and throat. that is what made me quit. i could feel the smoke killing me slowly. so keep up the great work everyone take one craving at a time.
