    Cigarettes Not Smoked

I can't believe it has been 25 months since I smoked my last cigarette. Yesterday really sucked and the thought of smoking actually crossed my mind. Mainly because I wanted to hide from an emotional issue that I don't know how to handle. Instead, I was able to deal with the situation and move forward. Stress use to really get the best of me but I've learned how to deal with things so much better than before I quit. I still have my days but they are few and far between. Being a successful quitter begins with hour #1 and continues from there. In the beginning I counted each hour. If you struggle, hang on tight, reach out for help, and learn all you can about the smoking addiction. Keep taking one step at a time; one day at a time and you will see the days add up faster and faster. Quitting is a soul searching, life changing experience. What more could you ask for?
