Way to go, Donna!!!

You have made it through the worst 2 weeks on your journey towards freedom!  Keep on taking it one day at a time and be sure to reward yourself well for your accomplishment!  Time to celebrate!!!

Good for you! 2 weeks is a great place to be at in your quit! You've made it through the worst of the cravings now and there is a feeling of confidence that just seems to set in once you're entering that 3rd week!  Hope you have a great smoke free weekend and are enjoying your new found freedom! Yay for you Donna!

YAY!
Congratulations!

How does it feel?

Take a look back at these last 2 weeks. What coping strategies are working for you? When do you need a few more?
