Hey everyone,
I'm doing this cold turkey, not replacement therapy or medication. My head's a little spacey, but I know this will subside. I bought a set of dumbbells to keep in my office, so I'm going to alternate between posting/reading here and picking up the dumbbells to exercise whenever my addiction tells me I need/want a cigarette. I'm liable to look like the Hulk within a couple of months, but I won't be smoking.
