Worsening Agoraphobia...

16 years ago 0 955 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Nikkislope,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your work and agoraphobia. The key during this time is to create small and achieveable goals for yourself. Don't forget to take some time for yourself during all of this and practice some relaxation strategies. Hopefully you will find this helpful.

Have you been accessing the program at all? Are there certain sessions you have found particularly helpful? Reviewing these sessions and the homework you have completed may also help you cope.

Stay close to the boards and keep us posted on how you are doing. Be well.

I own my own business, and lately cannot even seem to get there. I am facing potential foreclosure of my home, and possibly bankruptcy of both my home and my business, so my stress level is through the roof.  Every time I try to set foot outside I feel like I will faint.  It's been really hard to try to maintain the positive attitude I have had. I look at job listings and can't imagine how I will be able to get a regular job again.  I hate myself for feeling so broken. I feel like a failure to my family.
