Hi: I like this quote. A vision is what we all need. Let's not get stuck on the little nitty gritty details of our lives. Let's look at the big picture out there. Where do you fit in? What goals do you have? Short-term? Long-term? What is it you want - besides feeling better? What can you do to make this world a better place? Start small - no need to make a big splash out there, little every day things count. Each person you see can receive your smile, your joy of living. Pass it on. Choose to be happy and well.

This reminds me of the joke where the guy goes to his doctor complaining of having a headache, admitting that he is causing the pain by hitting himself in the head with a hammer repeatedly. So the doc tell him to stop hitting himself in the head with the hammer repeatedly.
